House Guidelines

WE ARE A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.

We do not allow pets.

No parties.

Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 7am.

Please remove shoes as you enter the house.

Please eat and drink in the kitchen, dining room, or outdoor eating areas.  Please refrain from eating and drinking in bedrooms.

Please keep A/C between 70-74 F, if using A/C keep windows closed.

Please make sure watercraft are stowed safely onshore after each use.

Keep close eyes on children on the boathouse porch.  Refrain from sitting or standing on railings (they are old and fragile! :))

Please report breakage or damage directly to the owner as soon as possible.  We appreciate your honesty and help with keeping our home ready for your next visit! 

Please note reservations fees are for stays of groups of 8 or less.  Additional fees apply for groups over 8, maximum of 11.

Additional cleaning fee of $75 per reservation for children under 10 years of age.
